30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received them

With original tags and in the original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order on arrival and let us know immediately if something is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item, and once accepted, place a new order.
European Union Customers
If shipping to the EU, you’re entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period to return your order for any reason. Items must meet the same eligibility criteria above.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow your bank or card issuer some extra time for processing.
